CONTENT & CONNECT DAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings & Payment
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Places are limited and bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations, Transfers & Credits
Bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another person. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Alternatively, your booking may be transferred as a credit towards another Inside Sunshine Content & Connect Day, subject to availability.

Photography & Content
Your booking includes a dedicated professional photography session. Each participant will receive 5 professionally edited images, delivered within 3 business days following the event.

Image selection, editing style and final delivery are at the discretion of the photographer. Additional images may be available separately where offered.

Behind-the-Scenes & Promotional Content
Photography and video may be captured throughout the day for Inside Sunshine and Oneway Boulevard Studio social media, website and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in behind-the-scenes or promotional content, please select the opt-out option during booking or let us know before the event. Your decision will not affect your participation in the day.

Food & Dietary Requirements
Light refreshments and/or food may be provided. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. While reasonable care will be taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Changes to the Event
Inside Sunshine reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, inclusions, photographer or other suppliers where necessary.

If Inside Sunshine needs to cancel or reschedule the event, attendees will be offered the option to transfer to another available date, receive a credit, or receive a refund.

Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and business products brought to the event.
